After failing to reboot the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles franchise, Paramount has considered going back to basics and making the film about the famous four dark, similar to the original comics of Kevin Eastman and Peter Laird. However, plans are changing: "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" will again become cartoons, and producers who know a lot about humor will take care of them.Nickelodeon Animation will be joining forces with Seth Rogen, Evan Goldberg and James Weaver to work on a new Ninja Turtle film. The project will be created using computer animation. It is directed by Jeff Rowe (Gravity Falls) and will be written by Brendan O'Brien (Neighbors. On the Warpath). If you add the genius of Seth, Evan and James to the humor and action that are already an integral part of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, the franchise can take it to the next level, said Brian Robbins, President of ViacomCBS.
