French filmmaker and Oscar winner Jean-Jacques Annaud will stage a monumental film about a fire in 2019 that nearly destroyed Notre Dame Cathedral.One of the most famous symbols of Paris has appeared on the screen more than once: the medieval cathedral can be seen in "Charade" starring Audrey Hepburn, the comedy horror film "American Werewolf in Paris" and the Oscar-nominated drama "Before Sunset".
