Josh Brolin targets the Hunchbacks of Notre Dame
Josh Brolin is planning a new adaptation of Victor Hugo's acclaimed novel, Notre Dame Cathedral. According to Variety, the actor has already recruited screenwriters Keiran and Michelle Mulroney to work on the project. Who will direct the movie is still unknown. Brolin himself expects that he will be able to come to an agreement with Tim Burton. Recall that Hugo's work was movieed in Hollywood countless times. First movie titled The Hunchback of Notre Dame came out back in 1911. The latest movie adaptation can be considered a full-length cartoon by Walt Disney Studios, released in 1996.
