BAFTA 2020 Nominees
A grand presentation of the British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) awards was held in London. The nominees for one of the world's major film awards were presented by BAFTA Executive Director Amanda Berry and young British stars Ace Butterfield and Ella Balinska.The favorite of the upcoming ceremony is the drama "Joker", which received 11 nominations. Yesterday, the film by Todd Phillips won two Golden Globes, and ahead of it is an exciting battle for the votes of British film academics. The Joker's closest pursuers were The Irishman by Martin Scorsese and Once Upon a Time in Hollywood by Quentin Tarantino. Recall that this year the Academy has expanded the list of nominations and introduced a separate category for casting experts. The 73rd BAFTA Awards will take place on February 2 at the Royal Albert Hall of Arts and Sciences, London. Popular British TV host Graham Norton will entertain the guests of the evening.
