David Eyre was left out of the fantasy action movie "Brightness 2", but did not spoil his relationship with the Netflix service. The director will continue to collaborate with the streaming platform on the adaptation of the bestselling Six Years.Harlan Coben's action-packed thriller was released in 2013. The main character of the novel is university professor Jake Fisher. Six years ago, he went through a personal drama when his beloved Natalie married another man. One day, Jake stumbles upon a newspaper obituary dedicated to his competitor. Fisher goes to the funeral, but discovers that the inconsolable widow is not the woman he was in love with ... Eyre will play a triple role: he will be the screenwriter, director and producer of the film.  David's plans also include a remake of The Dirty Dozen and a war drama about the Battle of El Alamein.
