Romance with Reese Witherspoon
Not only Cate Blanchett is able to find several new projects at a time. Reese Witherspoon is keeping up with her colleague in the shop and signed up to take part in the filming of two new films. Both of them will be released on Netflix, and will also allow the Oscar winner to return to the world of romantic comedy.The first project, Your Place or Mine, will be the directorial debut for Aline Brosh McKenna, screenwriter of The Devil Wears Prada rom-com. The plot of the new tape revolves around two best friends who change each other's lives. While the main character goes in pursuit of her dream, a friend agrees to look after her teenage son. Witherspoon will not only play the main role in the film, but will also be engaged in producing it with Jason Bateman. The latter, as a reminder, has a long history of cooperation with Netflix thanks to the Ozark crime drama. As for the second project, it will be based on Sarah Haywood's bestseller “Cactus. It's never too late to bloom. " Witherspoon will play a 45-year-old woman who, upon learning about an unplanned pregnancy, is forced to reconsider her views on her established life. Love experiences, family problems, and self-acceptance are included.  According to Witherspoon, both projects feature strong, intelligent, determined heroines and everything that audiences love in traditional rom-coms.
