Paramount will tell the amazing story of an eight-year-old refugee from Nigeria who has created one of this year's top sports sensations. The Hollywood Film Company is preparing a biographical drama about the winner of the New York Chess Championship, Tanitoluwa Adewumi.In 2017, the Tanitoluwe family fled their homeland due to the persecution of Christians and found shelter at the Manhattan Homeless Center. Soon after his arrival in the USA, the boy became interested in chess. In March of this year, he competed in the New York Championship and won a sensational victory in the tournament for children under the age of nine. Paramount management played ahead of the curve and bought the rights to film three books about the Adewumi family at once, which are just being prepared for publication.
