Last year, Martin Lawrence and Snoop Dogg starred in the dramatic comedy Beach Bum, but this year they decided on a more serious project and signed up for the main roles in the political series Game. The show is in development at Jerry Bruckheimer TV and CBS TV, and Jerry Bruckheimer himself is listed as one of its producers.The series will take place in Washington, DC. Martin and Snoop will play longtime friends whose lives are now full of political intrigue, cunning schemes and high stakes. The ideas for the show were written by the actors themselves, and the script for them was written by Patrick Eison, who worked on the television dramas Treadstone and Wayward Pines.
