The times are not far off when the screening of each film will begin with a sign about possible offensive content and a short lecture on racism, sexism, homophobia and other problems of modern society. Apparently, the company believes that moviegoers are not able to independently comprehend the fact that the drama and its literary source were created in a different era, with different views on the topic of slavery and the position of black Americans in society. Nobody wants to be branded as racist or sexist, so other online services supported WarnerMedia's initiative. Streaming platforms began to remove scenes and individual episodes from "problem" films and TV series, as well as massively sculpt disclaimers. Thus, the media giant Sky added a warning about outdated norms in such famous films as Aladdin, Goonies, Dumbo, Breakfast at Tiffany's, The Jungle Book, Lawrence of Arabia, Little Rebel, Lonely Ranger "," Jazz Singer "," The Last Samurai "," Soldiers of Failure "," Gone with the Wind "," Flash Gordon "and" Aliens ".  The owners of the company believe that the above works will seem offensive to the modern viewer. Sky also added a special plaque to the in-game versions of Aladdin, Dumbo and The Jungle Book, but caught herself in time and removed the mark so as not to spoil the relationship with the Disney Corporation. At the same time, the company gave a clear explanation only about the original "Dumbo". The cartoon got a warning because of a crow named Jim Crow. The filmmakers really showed complete irresponsibility and tastelessness: from the late 19th century to 1964, the United States had laws on racial segregation, named after the cartoon character of the same name.  Claims against "Aladdin" look much more dubious. The Sky censors were not satisfied with the presence of certain eastern stereotypes and the fact that white actors gave the voices to the main characters of the story. As for other films, the company did not bother to provide a clear explanation about the introduction of disclaimers. A wave of protest has already erupted on the Web. Most of the questions were caused by getting into the list of "Aliens", which do not fit with the term "outdated norms". James Cameron's film was ahead of its time and featured a racially diverse team of Marines led by one of the greatest movie heroines in history - everything that advocates of Me Too, Black Lives Matter and other modern movements dream of.
