Blunt and Johnson will become superheroes
Emily Blunt and Dwayne Johnson enjoyed working in a duet: the stars of the upcoming blockbuster adventure Jungle Cruise have signed on to star in the Ball and Chain adaptation.The first issue of the graphic novel by Scott Lobdell ("X-Men", "Happy Day of Death") was published in 1999. In the center of the plot is a married couple, whose marriage is bursting at all the seams. Only the heroes of the comics think about the divorce, as they are covered with a shock wave from a mysterious meteorite. Spouses acquire unique abilities that operate only when their owners are nearby. Will a cosmic gift save a couple's drowning relationship? .. The comic will be adapted by Emily W. Gordon (Love Is Disease). Many Hollywood studios are interested in the project, but insiders believe that Netflix has the best chance in the fight for the film.  After filming Ball and Chain, Johnson's and Blunt's superhero tracks will go their separate ways. The first will go to the DC universe, where the role of Black Adam has long been awaited.
