The Cinema Foundation, as part of its sociological project "Kinozritel", conducted a survey among USA viewers and found out what they missed the most and what they would do right after the end of self-isolation. The top three winners were beauty salons, city walks and friendly meetings, but in fourth place went to going to the cinema - 32% of respondents voted for this option, most of whom were young people from 18 to 24 years old.The most popular genres were family movies and blockbusters, but most people noted that the genre is not so important - they just want to get distracted from what is happening in society and get positive emotions from visiting the cinema. At the same time, a quarter of the respondents said that they are ready to follow the requirements of sanitary norms, which were prepared by Rospotrebnadzor together with the Ministry of Culture for cinemas. For example, visitors are required to wear face shields, and movie theater staff are also required to wear gloves and have hand sanitizers in hand sanitizer wipes.
