All Saints' Eve by Bradbury will be a movie

Image Hollywood studios don't often turn to Ray Bradbury for new ideas, but Warner Bros. decided to fix the situation. Major will be filming the classic novel "All Saints' Eve", released in 1972.

The plot revolves around children from a small town who are going to spend Halloween like everyone else - to go home in search of treats. However, the unspoken leader of the group, Pifkin, suddenly disappears. Friends go in search of him and meet on their way a mysterious person named Skull-Da-Bones Tornado, who will lead them through space and time to find Pifkin, and at the same time learn about the origin of the holiday itself. The heroes will visit Notre Dame, Ancient Egypt with its mummies, Mexico and other countries.

"All Saints' Eve" was previously filmed in an animated format. The script for the 1993 cartoon of the same name was written by Bradbury himself, for which he was awarded the Day Emmy Award. It is not surprising, because the writer, like no one else, knew how to create a cozy atmosphere of autumn, when falling leaves and a changing wind become the harbingers of fantastic events.

The script for the new film, which promises to be fictional, will be written by budding writer Will Dunn.
