Actress Svetlana Khodchenkova ("Bless the Woman") and singer Polina Gagarina ("One Left") will play the main roles in Oksana Karas's new musical film "The Flying Ship" based on the cartoon of the same name by Harry Bardin. The project will be produced by USA film director Aleksey Uchitel (Promenade, Matilda).The director of the musical fairy tale, Oksana Karas, said in an interview that she was very inspired by Soviet films. “We all grew up watching this wonderful cartoon, everyone knows the story about the king and the naughty daughter he is trying to marry,” she said.
