Netflix Films Saimak's Transfer Station
Director Matt Reeves manages not only to prepare for the filming of Batman's solo album, but also to find the most interesting production projects. The director of "Monstro" and two-part "Planet of the Apes" will help Netflix in filming the acclaimed science fiction novel by Clifford Symak "Transfer Station".The book was published in 1963 and brought the author the most important award in the field of sai-fai - the Hugo Prize. The protagonist of the story is Inek Wallis, a veteran of the American Civil War, whose house has become a staging post for space travelers. Simak is considered to be one of the greatest science fiction writers of the 20th century. It is all the more surprising that the heroes of his works rarely visit the cinema and on TV. The last time Clifford was filmed 20 years ago, when Hungarian filmmakers filmed the film "Walk" based on the story "Walking the Streets.  Netflix and Reeves will try to rectify the situation and revive interest in Simak's work. The creators of the film version of Interchange Station have already begun their search for screenwriters who can give the story the scale of a high-budget fantasy blockbuster.
