Tom Tykver is 50!
Today the German director, screenwriter, producer and composer Tom Tykwer is celebrating his anniversary. He was born in Wuppertal in 1965. He became interested in cinema at the age of 11: Tom worked part-time in a local cinema, where they showed art-house. Later, already in Berlin, Tykwer became a projectionist.In 1990, Tykver , on the advice of a friend, created a short film " Because ", and in 1993 he shot his first full-length film, " Fatal Maria ".
