New Malibu Rescuers looking for a partner
It has been officially confirmed that Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson and Zac Efron will star in the full-length remake of Malibu Rescuers , which is being prepared by Paramount . Portal Deadline reports that the studio is now looking for an actress for the female lead.The source learned that seven Hollywood actresses were included in the list of applicants. At the same time, there is a possibility that several people from this list will eventually take part in the filming of the new "Rescuers Malibu" , which will begin in 2016. So Paramount is considering nominations for Alexandra Daddario (San Andreas Rift), Ashley Benson (Pretty Little Liars Liars ), Nina Dobrev ("The Vampire Diaries" / The Vampire Diaries ), Alexandra Shipp ("Voice of the Streets"), Shelley Hennig ( The Secret Circle ), Bianchi A. Justin Mailen, Dwayne Johnson , Beau Flynn and Ivan Reitman are producing the project. If the main female role goes to Alexandra Daddario , she will meet again on the set with Johnson and Flynn , with whom the actress worked on " Fault San Andreas " .  The new version of Paramount is said to have more humor and action than the original series, which aired between 1989 and 2001, and as Dwayne Johnson assured get a R rating.
