Sony and Marvel Start Searching for Spider-Man Director
As reported by Deadline , Sony and Marvel studios have begun searching for the director of the unnamed reboot of Spider-Man .Drew Goddard was considered a contender for the director's chair before the Hollywood film deal was signed to joint custody of the superhero, but now insiders are reporting that studio bosses have decided to consider other options. Candidates for the steering project include Jonathan Levine (The Warmth of Our Bodies), Ted Melfi (Saint Vincent), John Francis Daly and Jonathan M. Goldstein, Jason Moore (Pitch Perfect) and Jared Hess (Napoleon Dynamite"). As expected, the filmmakers are not going to re-show the story of the origin of the forces of Peter Parker , who at the start of the reboot will already be bitten by a radioactive spider. Producers Kevin Feige and Amy Pascal are planning several films at once, each of which will be dedicated to one academic year of the young superhero at school.  According to insiders, Sony and Marvel may name the director of the new " Spider-Man " before the end of next week. In the very near future, the main actor will be presented to the audience. A few days ago it became known that Ace Butterfield and Tom Holland continue to fight for the role of Peter Parker .  The first appearance of Spider-Man in the MCU Marvel will take place in the film "The First Avenger: Civil War", which will be released in USA on May 6, 2016 .
