Ragnarok Gets New Writer
The blockbuster " Thor: Ragnarok " has received a new screenwriter, according to the website The Hollywood Reporter . So, the next draft of the triquel will be written by Stephanie Folsom . By the way, she is only the third female screenwriter who was invited to the cinematic universe of Marvel . Prior to that, Nicole Perlman worked on the text for Guardians of the Galaxy, and now she is working with Meg LeFov on the script for Captain Marvel.As for Folsom , Ragnarok will be her first significant work. Stephanie wrote the script for 1969: A Space Odyssey or How Kubrick Learned to Stop Worrying and Land on the Moon ( "1969: A Space Odyssey, or as Kubrick stopped worrying and landed on the moon ” ), included in the Black List of the best unrealized ideas in Hollywood. Before Folsom Christopher Yost and Craig Kyle had time to work on the text of the "Thor" triquel. When Marvel invited Taika Cohen to direct the blockbuster, insiders suggested that the filmmaker would also tweak the script. It is now reported that he will work closely with Folsom to ensure that Ragnarok is ready on time and filming begins as early as June next year.  There is no reliable information yet about the plot of Ragnarok , but given the recent remarks by Chris Hemsworth and Mark Ruffalo, viewers should expect an epic battle between their heroes.
