Ron Perlman: Hellboy 3 Will Not Go to Kickstarter
Despite the fact that Ron Perlman really wants Hellboy 3 to be filmed, he is not ready to put this project on Kickstarter or any other crowdfunding platform. Back in 2013, director Guillermo del Toro argued that it was almost impossible to knock money out of the studio for a triquel. Since then, there has been no specific news about this project. And now Perlman has decided to share with the audience his thoughts on the fate and plot of the third part of the film series.  “The film should be funded by the professionals, not the fans. The fans' business is to sit on the couch, chew popcorn, drink cola and enjoy the spectacle ", - said the actor. As for the plot, Ron stated that the triquel must finally answer the question of whether Hellboy will destroy humanity or save it.“Something unexpected and dramatic has to happen in the third film so that we can see which scale will be heavier”, - concluded Perlman .
