Popular American comedian Ben Stiller decided to remind the public that he is not only a talented actor, but also a very skillful director. Stiller's filmography as director includes such films as The Cable Guy, The Model Male, The Incredible Life of Walter Mitty and Soldiers of Failure. As it became known to Indiewire, Ben is preparing to lead work on another interesting film project.Stiller's new film will tackle the thorny issue of privacy in the digital age. The film will be based on the plot of Ondi Timoner's documentary We Live in Public, which won a special jury prize at the Sundance Independent Film Festival in 2009. The main character of the documentary was the pioneer of Internet television Josh Harris, nicknamed by foreign journalists as Andy Warhol of the high-tech world. The eccentric millionaire became famous for his provocative experiments. At the end of the last millennium, Harris was so impressed by The Truman Show that he decided to create an art project Quiet: We Live in Public. He found more than a hundred volunteers who agreed to live a month in a transparent capsule hotel under constant surveillance by video cameras. On January 1, 2000, the project was closed by order of the New York City Police Department.  Brett Johnson (Mad Men) will head the script for the as-yet-untitled Stiller film. As reported, Ben has already decided on the name of the leading actor. Josh Harris will portray two-time Academy Award-nominated Jonah Hill (The Wolf of Wall Street), who turns out to be a huge fan of the Timoner documentary.
