Nicole Kidman to Heal Souls
While Disney is trying to buy out Hulu entirely, the platform is launching new projects. As it became known, Hulu gave the green light to two TV series - Nine Perfect Stangers with Nicole Kidman and The Dropout with Kate McKinnon.Nine Perfect Stangers is based on the book of the same name by Liane Moriarty, author of the hit Big Little Lies. The story is set in a small health resort. Here, nine visitors from the city are promised to help them get on a better path in life. In ten days, the head of the resort Masha (Kidman) undertakes to heal strangers, but they still do not know what awaits them. The series is slated to premiere in late 2020. Nicole Kidman will co-produce the series with David E. Kelly. This is the third project they will work on together. The duo are currently producing the second season of Big Little Lies, as well as The Undoing, where Kidman will join Hugh Grant.  The Dropout tells the story of entrepreneur Elizabeth Holmes (Keith McKinnon), who founded Theranos. The series is based on the podcast of the same name and explains how Holmes became the youngest female billionaire and then lost everything. Keith McKinnon will also co-produce.
