Nina Doroshina died
The news agency TASS brought sad news for all fans of Soviet and USA theater and cinema. People's Artist of the RSFSR Nina Doroshina died in Moscow at the age of 84.Nina Mikhailovna was born on December 3, 1934 in Losinoostrovsk, near Moscow. In the early forties, the Doroshins family lived in Iran, and after the end of World War II they moved to Moscow. Already in her school years, Nina began to play in a theater group and take part in amateur performances. It is not surprising that after leaving school she firmly decided to enter the Boris Shchukin Higher Theater School. While still a student, Nina began to be invited to work at the Mosfilm studio. Doroshina has more than thirty film roles, but she always considered theater to be her real vocation. In 1959, the actress successfully joined the Sovremennik troupe and became one of Oleg Tabakov's brightest partners, and two decades later she was invited to teach at her native Shchukin school.  Doroshina created one of her brightest theatrical images in the play "Love and Doves". The performance of the actress made such an impression on the director Vladimir Menshov that he immediately approved her for the main role in the film adaptation of the play by Vladimir Gurkin. The image of Nadia in the lyrical comedy of 1985 brought the talented actress all-Union fame and nationwide love. For her contribution to the development of national culture and theatrical art, Nina Doroshina was awarded the Orders of Friendship and Honor.
