Just a few days after it was announced that work on the sequel to Wolverine will begin in the fall of 2011, new, not very encouraging information has arrived. According to the resource Deadline, movieing was postponed at least until spring 2012.
The leading actor Hugh Jackman chose to first star in the movie adaptation of the famous work of Victor Hugo's Les Miserables. He will play Jean Valjean. The director of the picture will be the winner of the ceremony "Oscar 2011" Tom Hooper.
As for Wolverine 2, most likely, the shooting will take place not in Japan, as previously planned, but in Canada. The project is still directed by James Mangold.
