Kin-dza-dza will become a cartoon
Director Georgy Danelia plans to complete work on an animated version of his famous science fiction movie Kin-Dza-Dza by the summer of 2011. As reported by the ITAR-TASS agency citing the director himself, the movie will be a symbiosis of traditional and three-dimensional animation. Danelia claims that he would like to make his cartoon look like a fictional picture. It should be noted that information on the preparation of the animated version of "Kin-Dza-Dza" distributed earlier. For the first time this became known back in 2005.
