Director Neil Berger is in high demand in Hollywood after the success of his movie, Fields of Darkness. According to the Deadline resource, in addition to all his other projects, such as the adaptation of the game Uncharted, Berger intends to make a movie about the robbers Bonnie and Clyde.

The movie will be based on the book by Jeff Guin, in which the author presents the history of the famous criminals who committed numerous armed attacks during the Great Depression, and killed nine law enforcement officers and several civilians. The timing of this project has not yet been determined.

Recall that Bonnie and Clyde, who were extremely proud of their fame and the fear they instilled in their inhabitants, were killed in May 1934. The gravity of the crimes they committed was such that the law enforcement officials who set up the ambush were allowed not to take the criminals alive.

In total, law enforcement officers fired over 130 bullets at Bonnie and Clyde's car. The criminals received dozens of injuries and died on the spot.
