The MGM movie company has decided to put an end to rumors about the impending return of Robocop. According to the official press release, the new reincarnation will really be a remake, and not just another sequel, as many had assumed. And the director of the picture will indeed be Daren Aronofsky. The movie will be ready for release in 2010, the script is already being written by David Self.
