Tom Cruise will have a small role in the sequel to Top Gun, which once made him a star. According to NY Mag, the Oscar winner is working on the script. Christopher McQuarrie. Paramount expects to involve the creators of the original movie, Jerry Bruckheimer and Tony Scott, on the project. Earlier, Bruckheimer himself suggested that the sequel to Top Gun Tom Cruise's hero Maverick will become an instructor at the flight school, and the main characters will be young pilots.
