Sesame Street to be turned into a feature movie
20th Century Fox intends to make a feature-length movie based on the popular children's TV show Sesame Street. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the creator of Living Steel has been appointed producer of the project. Sean Levy, and written by Joey Mazzarino, who has been working on the show since 1998. The most popular characters in Sesame Street are Oscar Grunt, Graf von Sign, Elmo and others. Twice the heroes of the program found themselves in feature-length projects: in 1985, in the movie Sesame Street Presents: Follow That Bird and in 1999 in the movie Elmo in Grouchland.
