Anne Hathaway invited to Sesame Street
Hardly anyone doubts that Big Bird, Oscar and Grover are the stars of Sesame Street, but they will have to make room for the full-length version of the show. Warner Bros. Studio invited Anne Hathaway to play the main role in a feature film based on the famous children's show. This is reported by the information site Collider.The final script was written by Chris Galletta (Kings of Summer). The director's chair of the project will be taken by Jonathan Krisel ("Paranormalism"), and the picture itself will be filmed in the musical genre. Little is known about the plot of the full-length film. The source writes that Hathaway got the role of Sally. It is noteworthy that this is the name of the girl from the first episode of the children's program, which Gordon Robinson leads along Sesame Street and introduces its inhabitants. Perhaps Hathaway will play the grown-up Sally, who for some reason is forced to return to Sesame Street.  Anne Hathaway is well acquainted with the inhabitants of Sesame Street: in 2007, the actress participated in a special festive episode of the program entitled "Elm's Christmas - Countdown."
