The Creator of Casino Royale will take up the Green Lantern
The long-suffering superhero project Green Lantern seems to have found a decent director. Film Studio Warner Bros. invited the creator of Golden Eye to take this place and " Casino Royale " Martin Campbell. According to Variety, the movie was written by Greg Berlanti and is slated to begin movieing in spring 2009. The movie is based on DC Comics' popular comic book series about test pilot Hal Jordane, who finds the crashed alien ship, receives the magical green ring and becomes a galactic police officer.
