German director Uwe Boll, who has earned more than one curse on video game fans for unsuccessful movie adaptations, is going to continue his experiments. According to the JoBlo resource, this time the maestro intends to make a movie based on the Metroid game released by Nintendo back in 1986. The plot revolves around the bounty hunter Samus Aran, who seeks to save the world from creatures consuming energy. Ball has already offered the main role to the popular American singer and actress Jessica Simpson. This information has not yet been officially confirmed.
