New IMAX halls to open in USA
IMAX has signed an agreement with one of the leading USA operators of CINEMA PARK cinemas to open several new IMAX halls in the regions, including Novokuznetsk and Kemerovo. This was announced in an official press release from the partners. After the implementation of this project, CINEMA PARK will operate 26 IMAX cinemas in USA. “This agreement makes a significant contribution to the development of IMAX Corporation in USA, one of the largest and fastest growing markets in the world,” commented Andrew Cripps, President of IMAX Europe, Middle East and Africa.
