HBO has set premiere dates for Girls and True Detectives
HBO, according to The Hollywood Reporter, has announced the premiere dates for several of its TV projects. Screening of the pilot episode of the crime series True Detectives; with Matthew McConaughey and Wooddy Harrelson, viewers will see at 21:00 on Sunday, January 12, 2014. An hour later, at 22:00, the premiere of an hour-long episode of the third season of the mini-series Girls will be shown, competed for the title of Best Comedy Series at the 2013 Emmy Awards in September. Recall that the leading actress in the series, Lena Dunham, was nominated by the American Academy of Television Arts as Best Comedic Actress.
