Google Glass is used to advertise The Incredible Life of Walter Mitty
20th Century Fox and Google have announced a joint project to promote the licensed version of The Incredible Life of Walter Mitty. As reported by The Hollywood Reporter, the partners commissioned a popular YouTube user hiding under the nickname iJustine, follow the path of the movie's protagonist, capturing his journey with Google Glass. YouTube users will be able to vote to determine which "feats" must be done by the traveler. For example, climb one of the Icelandic glaciers, or fly by helicopter over the Eyjafjallajokull volcano. Recall that the movie The Incredible Life of Walter Mitty; failed at home and barely recouped production costs globally. The Blu-ray release of the movie is set to premiere on April 15, 2014.
