The British Journalists' Association has announced its award winners
The British Journalists' Association Broadcasting Press Guild, presenting the annual Press Guild Award for Television Achievement, announced the winners during the fortieth awards ceremony, held in London on March 28, 2014. Best Drama on television in 2013 became the TV series Murder on the Beach. Its creator Chris Chibnell was named Best Writer and female lead Olivia Colman was named Best Actress. Best Actor; for her role in the TV series Dancing on the Edge (BBC Two) Oscar 2014 nominee Chiwetel Ejiofor. Special Jury Award for 'Achieving a New Level of Success in 2013' honored Jamie Dornan for his role in the crime drama Collapse (BBC Two).
