Transformers Star Gets Lead Role in Battle Creek
CBS has found a second co-star on the upcoming Battle Creek series. According to The Hollywood Reporter, it was Josh Duhamel. In the center of the plot of the drama – detective Russ Agnew (Dean Winters) and FBI agent Milton Chamberlain (Josh Duhamel) – two people with diametrically opposed worldviews. They are forced to team up to clear the streets of Battle Creek, Michigan from crime. FBI Special Agent Milton Chamberlain is described as a neat and unassuming young man, sincere and slightly naive. Despite this, he always comes out the winner. He came from Detroit to set up the local FBI office. The script is written by Vince Gilligan, and David Shore is appointed showrunner. Both will executive produce alongside Mark Johnson and Brian Singer. The latter will shoot a pilot episode. On television, Duhamel starred in the series Las Vegas, All My Children, and in movies he is known for his role in the Transformers trilogy.
