Hulu commissioned the production of the second season of The Way
Six weeks after its first season premiered, streaming service Hulu's "The Way" has been renewed for a second season. Starring Aaron Paul ("Breaking Bad"), Michelle Monaghan ("True Detective") and Hugh Dancy ("Hannibal"), the drama is the first original Hulu series. The show's first season has received high critical acclaim, with seven episodes already aired at the time of writing. This is reported by the Deadline. The series, created by Jessica Goldberg, is produced by Universal Television and True Jack Prods. Goldberg will executive produce The Way alongside Jason Katims and Michelle Lee. All three have already had experience working together in two seasons of the NBC family drama "Parents". Recall that the drama "The Way" focuses on the family, all of whose members are adherents of a controversial religious movement. They will have to fight for relationships, faith and power and awareness of the difference between the life that a person lives and which he would like to live.
