Toy Maker to appear on Supergirl
The Last Five Years melodrama star Jeremy Jordan was cast in the pilot of the CBS Telecomic Supergirl. This is reported by The Wrap. Jordan will play Winslow Schott, a tech genius and IT superstar who works alongside Cara (Melissa Benoist) on media mogul and founder of CatCo., Cat Grant (Calista Flockhart). DC Comics fans know that Jordan's character is one of the villainous Toyman who has appeared in Superman comics. Main the heroine of the drama, commissioned for a full season, is Superman's cousin, Kara Zor-El (Benoist) or Kara Danvers, as they call her on Earth. According to mythology, Twelve-year-old Kara left the dying planets of Krypton and went to Earth, where she was adopted by the Danvers family, who taught her to be careful with her supernatural powers.
