Channel FX continues to collaborate with Noah Hawley, creator and showrunner of the popular Fargo anthology. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Hawley will be adapting Kurt Vonnegut's acclaimed novel Cat's Cradle as a limited-episode series.

Hawley will write and executive produce. The TV project will be co-produced by FX Productions and IM Global.

Published in 1963, Cat's Cradle is a satire on the themes of war, religion and scientific research. The book was nominated for a Hugo Award and brought Vonnegut worldwide fame.

Thanks to the success of Fargo, Hawley has become a dramatic writer on FX.
