UCP and Vermilion are preparing an anthology based on the work of Alfred Hitchcock
TV content company Universal Cable Productions (UCP) will join forces with Alfred Hitchcock's heirs to develop and bring his classic stories to the television screen. Newly founded Vermilion Entertainment will be involved in the production of its first project. This is reported by Deadline. At the time of this writing, we are working on the "Welcome to Hitchcock" project, which is described as a look at the corporate storytelling style of the author of such legendary stories as "Birds", "Psycho" and the popular television series "Alfred Hitchcock Presents". Each season of the new anthology will focus on a different mystery or crime, and will be created in Hitchcock's style and with respect for his legacy.
