Alexandre Desplat to write music for Star Wars spin-off
The famous French composer Alexandre Desplat will write the music for the first Star Wars spin-off, which will be movieed by director Gareth Edwards. This is reported by Film Music Reporter. As a reminder, the movie Star Wars: Outcast is due out in December 2016. The plot of the picture is unknown, but, most likely, it will be dedicated to one of the minor characters of the popular space saga. Previously it was stated that the offer to play the main role was received by Felicity Jones, whose position in Hollywood has strengthened after the release of the movie "Universe of Stephen Hawking". Whether or not the actress accepted this offer was not specified at the time of this writing. In December 2015, the premiere of the movie "Star Wars: Episode 7 - The Force Awakens" will take place, which will launch a new trilogy. In addition to feature-length add-ons, Walt Disney and Lucasmovie Walt plan to expand the Star Wars universe with a variety of print, electronic and comic books.
