Key dates of the 2016 Golden Globes announced
The Hollywood Foreign Press Association has announced key dates for the 2016 Golden Globes. According to the official press release, the 73rd awards ceremony will take place on January 10, 2016. By October 30, 2015, the acceptance of applications will be completed, and by November 25, 2015, all voting ballots must be sent to the members of the Association. The screenings of the nominee movies will be held until December 2, 2015, and by December 7, 2015, the voting of the members of the Association should end. On December 10, 2015 the solemn presentation of the short list of nominees for the Golden Globe 2016 award will take place. The ceremony will be organized by Dick Clark Productions. Recall that in 2015 in the nomination "Best Dramatic Film" the award went to the movie "Adolescence", which was movieed for more than ten years. Director Richard Linklater has received the Best Director award. In the category "Best Film - Musical or Comedy" the winner was the tape "The Grand Budapest Hotel". The best movie in a foreign language was recognized "Leviathan" by USA director Andrey Zvyagintsev. The ceremony, hosted by actresses Tina Fey and Amy Poehler, had the lowest ratings and has seen 19.3 million American viewers in the past two years.
