The famous Madame Tussaud's wax museum has presented a video showing the process of creating figures of heroes from the fantastic saga "Star Wars".

The authors of the exposition, which was created in close cooperation with the Lucasmovie studio, spoke about the difficulties of the work. In particular, the hair of all the sculptures was implanted by hand one at a time. So, for the design of Luke Skywalker's head, it took more than 10 thousand human hairs, and Chewbacca's hair was recreated using yak wool. This operation required 10 people and 800 hours of work.

Earlier it was reported that visitors to the exhibition will be able to see scenes familiar to all fans of "Star Wars", in particular, the episode of the fight between Luke and Vader in front of the throne of Emperor Palpatine, the scene of the duel between Obi-Wan and Qui-Gon and Darth Maul, Anakin Skywalker on the planet Mustafar, as well as a scene in Jabba the Hutt's lair with a half-naked Leia.

The next Star Wars episode, Star Wars: Episode 7 - The Force Awakens, will be released in December 2015. It will launch a new trilogy, as well as a number of other projects, including individual feature movies, TV series, graphic novels, video games and much more.
