Twice Golden Globe nominee Maria Bello (Violence Justified) will play the female lead in Amazon Studios' drama The Trial. Billy Bob Thornton ("Fargo") was approved for the lead male role in the ten-part project of the creator of the TV series "The Practice" David E. Kelly at the end of July 2015.
