Detective Rafael Scarfe will appear in Luke Cage Telecomic
Casting continues for the forthcoming third Marvel / Netflix co-production Luke Cage telecomic. According to Deadline, Frank Wailey (Blue Blood) has joined the cast as Detective Raphael Scarfe. Lt. "Rafe" Scarfe was created by Chris Claremont and Pat Broderick and debuted in issue 23 comic "Marvel Premiere" in 1975. A former teammate of Misty Knight in the New York City Police Department, Scarfe was an invaluable assistant to Luke Cage and other "heroes for hire." Alfrey Woodard (Desperate Housewives) as the central villain, allegedly the leader of the Black Mariah gang; Theo Rossi (" Cheo Hodaki Coker (Southland) has been appointed executive producer and showrunner for Luke Cage.
