Gal Gadot, who starred in DC's Wonder Woman, has caught Ryan Reynolds, who played Deadpool in the Marvel Comics adaptation of the same name, of plagiarism. The Israeli actress and model drew attention to Deadpool's gesture, shown in the trailer for the second series, which she considered an exact copy of her character's gesture.

"This guy stole my image," she wrote on her official Twitter page, under a shot from Deadpool 2, showing the hero with his arms crossed on his chest.

Note that this pose became very popular among women after the release of the movie Wonder Woman. Many of the movie's fans then posed with crossed arms in photos on social media in solidarity.

Ryan Reynolds felt it necessary to respond to the accusation. "Imitation is the most sincere way of stealing," he wrote under the comments of Gadot.

The actress's subscribers began to post frames from other movies under her post, the characters of which also crossed their arms.

As a reminder, Deadpool 2 will be released in mid-May 2018. But even before the release of the picture, fans of the hero can purchase unique collectible figures in a special section of the FunkoPOP online store.
