Steven Spielberg's famous science fiction movie "Jurassic Park" triumphantly returned to the American cinemas. According to the publication Deadline, the picture, released in the already opened two and a half hundred cinemas, has collected 517 thousand dollars over the past weekend. Thus, "Park" became the leader of home distribution for the fourth time in its existence. In second place with a result of 516 thousand dollars was Spielberg's masterpiece - the horror movie "Jaws", which in 2020 marks 45 -year anniversary. Note that the release of blockbusters of past years is intended to return viewers to cinemas that have remained closed since the announcement of the pandemic and the introduction of restrictive measures. At the end of 2019, the movie "Jurassic Park" was recognized as a national cultural heritage of the United States, its digital and analogue copies were placed for eternal storage in the special archives of the Library of Congress.
