The creators of the comics-based movie "New Mutants" intend to present at the box office the original version, without any changes that may have been made as a result of additional movieing. According to Geek Tyrant, this information was confirmed by the director of the movie, Josh Boone. "I would not recommend it to viewers if it were not so," he said in response to a question from one of the subscribers to his Twitter page . Note that at the end of the summer of 2018 it was reported that test screenings of the picture were carried out, which caused a positive response. Prior to the sale of New Mutant Studios to Fox, it was argued that the project would face massive additional footage as management was unhappy with the finished material. But no additional movieing schedules were approved. The release of the movie adaptation was postponed several times, at some stage it was even considered that it would not be released at all, but would be presented by a streaming service. The premiere of the new trailer for the movie is expected on January 6, 2020. New Mutants is due to be released worldwide in April.
