Days Gone - 1-hour gameplay video of the new PS4 exclusive has been published (Topic)

American video game magazine Game Informer with exclusive content on the new Sony game - Days Gone. This time, the magazine did not limit itself to a selection of fresh details, but posted almost an hour of previously unseen Days Gone gameplay. Note that we are seeing an alpha version of the project in the video, so some aspects of gameplay and graphics may change significantly in the final version.

In the new Days Gone gameplay video, you can see many previously unreleased features of the game. We will highlight only a small part of them:

• You should always bear in mind that after opening the trunk of the car, an alarm may go off, which is why you risk attracting the attention of phreakers
• Days Gone will have zombie children who try to stay away from the player and attack only as a last resort
• Trophy ears of phreakers are used as currency
• In addition to zombies, animals and survivors, the main character Deacon will have to face the cultists of the "Rest in Pease" cult or "Reapers". Cultists worship phreakers and love to adorn their bodies with numerous scars
• The crossbow is the most effective weapon for stealthily eliminating opponents in Days Gone
• The strength and survivability of phreakers is significantly increased at night
• Survival vision works identically to the witcher instinct from The Witcher 3 - you can hunt down opponents and quest characters in fresh tracks

At least a year remains until the release date of Days Gone, but the game already looks great and only minor bugs remind us that we are watching the alpha version of the action. PS4 gamers should also check out our top picks for May as Sony is preparing another major console exclusive this month.
