The same Indiana Jones
Talk of a new Indiana Jones has been going on for over a decade, but Lucasfilm and Disney have not yet put the film into production. Harrison Ford is not getting younger, and the audience began to suspect that they are not waiting for a sequel, but a complete reboot. Lucasfilm CEO Kathleen Kennedy had to reassure the public that 77-year-old Ford remains the star of the series.“We are continuing to work on our fifth film, Kennedy told British journalists at yesterday's BAFTA ceremony. -Once we get the perfect script, the painting will go into production. Harrison will be filming. This is not a reboot at all, but a direct continuation of the previous parts". The script for the film has been in the hands of several authors, but none of the previous versions of the plot satisfied the producers, Ford and Steven Spielberg. Last fall, the original screenwriter David Kepp (Jurassic Park) returned to the project. Hopefully he will finally get the text in order.  Indiana Jones 5 is set to premiere on July 8, 2021.
